Cancellation policy of the Social Club – Alliance (SC-A)

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract (i.e. the date of confirmation of your supporting membership by payment).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you (e.g. membership fees) promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
